500g granulated sugar

Ingredients for the Drink (produces 850ml, to serve 10)

To prepare the Syrup: Combine the listed ingredients inside a pan, bring to a simmer, mixing so the sugar melts. After that, remove from the burner and leave to cool down entirely. Transfer into an sterilised bottle, seal keeping it in the refrigerator, where it will keep for around one month.

For the Cocktail Base: Pour every liquids into one large bottle, leave to sit for 60 minutes, then strain preferably using muslin, so it's completely strained.
